This problem occurs if the printer is configured to use an incorrect label size.
Please check the printer configuration via website as following,
Solution
Step 1: Go to printer's management site,
- Delivery Note Printer: http://192.168.66.41
- user name/ password: itadmin / pass
Step 2: Go to configuration page, 「Configure > Printing > Media」
Step 3: Check configurations and correct them
