How to Reply Shipping Note

Drivers used to have five functions, now they will all be integrated into one function
called "Reply Shipping Note".

Under this new function, the driver has two more options.
Collect Amount and Return Goods.

1.Collect Amount:

If the driver is receiving money from the  Delivery Consumer,

then the driver can first enter the amount he received.

2.Return Goods:

If there is any stock will be returned, the driver can first enter the returning quantity
