Sales Order

Function path: Point of Sale > Sales Orders > Enter Sales Order

In nextERP, you have to activate a till before entering a POS Sales Order. Once you have activated a till you will be able to enter a POS Sales Order. After the order is saved, nextERP will informed warehouse to pick up the goods.

 

Invoice

Function path: Point of Sale > Invoices > Enter Invoice

In nextERP, you have to activate a till before entering a POS Invoice. And a POS Invoice is entered for a POS Sales Order, not for general ones. nextERP integrated invoice and payment steps in Enter Invoice function on POS terminal. 

 

Payment Received

Function path: Point of Sale > Payments > Enter Payments Received

In nextERP, you have to activate a till before entering a POS Payment Received.  nextERP supports multi-mode payments. It is useful when customers are using multiple payment options, such as Credit Card, Cash, Cheques to pay their bills.
